Marianella Lopez Dodge
Marianella is a bilingual music educator, vocalist, and program developer based in Atlanta, Georgia. With over a decade of experience, she founded Vocal Solutions LLC to help schools, nonprofits, and creative leaders build vibrant, inclusive music programs.
Classically trained and culturally responsive, Marianella has led community arts initiatives, partnered with metro Atlanta schools, and mentored many teaching artists and students. She believes in music’s power to heal, empower, and connect people of all ages.
When she’s not teaching or consulting, Marianella enjoys movie nights with friends, lifting weights with her husband, and spoiling her three dogs.
Tatiana Gonzalez
Tati Gonzalez brings a strong blend of program and development experience to her work in grants and data strategy.
With a background in program operations and a focus on grants, compliance, and reporting, she supports Vocal Solutions' Client's in building sustainable funding pipelines and tracking the impact of performing Art Programs.
She has contributed to successful proposals totaling over $550,000 in awarded funds. Tati specializes in developing KPIs, creating high-impact presentations, and transforming data into clear, actionable insights for funders and leadership.
Tatiana values the impact that music programs had in her upbringing and knows that nothing brings people together like food and MUSIC.
In her free time Tatiana enjoys competing in 10k's, and cooking traditional Mexican cuisine. Tatiana has one cat, Mr. Monsieur.
